«حصة بلاي» منصة ألعاب وأدوات تعليمية للمعلمين وأولياء الأمور. هذه الصفحة تشرح ما نجمعه من بيانات ولماذا.
الحسابات على «حصة بلاي» للبالغين فقط (18 سنة فأكثر): المعلمون وأولياء الأمور. لا ننشئ حسابات للأطفال ولا نطلب بريد طفل أو عمره أو مدرسته أو صورته. الطفل يستخدم المنصة مع معلمه في الفصل، أو مع وليّ أمره ومن حساب وليّ الأمر وتحت إشرافه. إن علمنا أن حسابًا يخص طفلًا نحذفه.
أسماء الطلاب التي يدخلها المعلم تُستخدم فقط داخل أدواته (الاختيار العشوائي، تقسيم المجموعات). لا تظهر لأي معلم آخر ولا تُنشر. عند حل واجب أرسله المعلم برابط، يُكتب الاسم الأول فقط ليعرف المعلم صاحب النتيجة، وتُحفظ معه الدرجة والوقت، ولا يراها إلا ذلك المعلم. اكتبوا الاسم الأول فقط، ولا تُدخلوا أي بيانات أخرى عن الأطفال.
تُحفظ لدى مزوّدي خدمة نتعامل معهم لتشغيل المنصة: Supabase لقاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول (خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي)، و Cloudflare لاستضافة صفحات الموقع، و Google إن اخترت الدخول بحسابك لديها. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين.
يحفظ الموقع على متصفحك جلسة الدخول، واللغة، ونسخة من فصولك ومناهجك ليعمل بسرعة. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع إعلانية.
تستطيع تعديل اسمك وفصولك ومناهجك أو حذفها من «لوحتي» في أي وقت، وإلغاء مشاركة أي منهج. لحذف حسابك وكل بياناته نهائيًا راسل إدارة المنصة.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه عند كل تعديل.
التسجيل للبالغين فقط (18 سنة فأكثر). هناك نوعان من الحسابات: حساب معلم، وحساب وليّ أمر يذاكر به لأبنائه ويشرف على استخدامهم. بتسجيلك تؤكد أنك شخص بالغ وأن البريد بريدك أنت. لا يجوز إنشاء حساب لطفل أو باسمه. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على كلمة مرورك وعن ما يتم من خلال حسابك.
أسئلتك ومناهجك ملكك. عند مشاركة منهج «عام» أو «بالرابط» فأنت تسمح للمنصة بعرضه وللمعلمين الآخرين بنسخه واستخدامه في فصولهم. لا تنشر محتوى لا تملك حق نشره، ولا محتوى مسيئًا أو غير مناسب للطلاب. يحق للإدارة إخفاء أو حذف أي منهج منشور يخالف ذلك.
الألعاب والأدوات للاستخدام التعليمي داخل الفصل. لا يجوز نسخ ألعاب المنصة أو إعادة بيعها أو محاولة تعطيلها.
المنصة مجانية في فترة الإطلاق. قد تصبح بعض الألعاب أو الأقسام باشتراك مدفوع لاحقًا، وسنعلن ذلك بوضوح قبل تطبيقه.
نقدّم المنصة كما هي ونسعى لاستمرار عملها، لكن لا نضمن خلوّها من الأعطال أو الانقطاع. احتفظ بنسخة من أسئلتك المهمة.

Hessa Play is a platform of classroom games and tools for teachers. This page explains what data we collect and why.
Accounts on Hessa Play are for adults only (18+): teachers and parents. We do not create accounts for children and we never ask for a child’s email, age, school or photo. A child uses the platform with their teacher in class, or with a parent, on the parent’s account and under the parent’s supervision. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we delete it.
Student names a teacher enters are used only inside that teacher’s tools (Randomizer, Group Maker). They are never shown to other teachers and never published. When a pupil does homework sent by a teacher’s link, only a first name is typed so the teacher knows whose result it is; it is stored with the score and time, and only that teacher can see it. Use first names only and do not enter any other information about children.
With the service providers we use to run the platform: Supabase for the database and sign-in (servers in the European Union), Cloudflare for hosting the site pages, and Google if you choose to sign in with it. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
The site stores your sign-in session, language and a copy of your classes and curricula in your browser so it works quickly. We do not use advertising trackers.
You can edit or delete your name, classes and curricula from My dashboard at any time, and stop sharing any curriculum. To delete your account and all its data permanently, contact the platform administration.
We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
Sign-up is for adults only (18+). There are two kinds of account: a teacher account, and a parent account used to study with their children and supervise them. By signing up you confirm that you are an adult and that the email is your own. Accounts must not be created for a child or in a child’s name. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens through your account.
Your questions and curricula are yours. When you share a curriculum as “public” or “link only” you allow the platform to display it and other teachers to copy and use it in their classes. Do not publish content you have no right to publish, or content that is offensive or unsuitable for students. The administration may hide or delete any published curriculum that breaks this.
The games and tools are for educational use in class. You may not copy or resell the platform’s games or try to disrupt them.
The platform is free during launch. Some games or sections may later require a paid subscription, and we will announce that clearly beforehand.
The platform is provided as is. We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee it is free of faults or interruptions. Keep a copy of your important questions.
