- Zero/first conditional (real): If you heat water to 100°C, it boils. / If it rains, we will stay home.
- Second conditional (imaginary): If I had a million riyals, I would build a school. If I were you, I would study harder.
- wish + past (present wishes): I wish I had more time. I wish I were taller.
- would rather + base verb: I'd rather stay home. Would you rather go by car or by train?
